EP Coating
The Electrophoretic Coating (e-coat) process is widely used in the automotive and other industries for corrosion protection as it offers the ability to deposit a uniform coating over an entire component.
It is a complete submersion coating process starting with degreasing and zinc phosphating and then e-coat.
The e-coat process can be used to produce a basic coating in its own right by giving excellent corrosion protection to components not requiring a more decorative finish. It can also be used in conjunction with a powder coated finish on components that need a higher degree of protection and a more robust and aesthetic finish.
The process we use can obtain paint thickness ranging from 15 microns up to 30 microns as per customer requirements. The main advantage of using E-coat is that it is useful for any aggressive environment egautomotive, marine, areas of industrial pollution and or high area of humidity.
Flatbed Linishing & Brushing
We can produce very fine linishing and polishing on flat plates using in house equipment we have our own in house Flat Bed Linishing and Brushing machine.
Grain finishing of any material.
Most metals are suitable to be processed this way. We regularly produce dull polished grained finishes on stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass.

Refurbishment & Stripping
Onsite we have stripping facilities that cater for a variety of different material substrates. We can strip to base all powder coated, e-coat and electroplated finishes.
We have over 25 years’ experience in the metal finishing industry and this has allowed us to take pre-plated material and refurbish them into a new condition. The industries currently cater for are the Brewery Equipment remanufacturing industry.
Polishing & Plating
Linishing
We linish all types of metals with the removal of Split Line and deburring were required
Manual Polishing
This process is undertaken by highly skilled polishing staff to ensure all products are finished to customers quality standards.
Brush Finishing
Brushed Stainless Steel effects can be imitated using sateen and Scotchbrite Mops. This process is also used on Brass and other material for a decorative finish.
Flat bed linishing
Automatic equipment is used to ensure a quality finish can be produced on flat bar and sheet metal.
Chrome
Is an extremely popular finish and can be used to coat a wide range of metals, resulting in a highly reflective and durable finish.
Satin Chrome
Which produces a matt, non-reflective appearance and is therefore frequently used as an alternative to bright chrome.
Nickel
Offers a bright, smooth and aesthetically pleasing finish which is an extremely hard wearing, long-lasting and low friction material.
Satin Nickel
Is similar in appearance to brushed stainless steel or brushed aluminium, with a silver finish and muted shine, however it still holds some reflectivity.
Brass plating
Is primarily used as a decorative finish, as it results in a deep luxurious appearance but is also often used for engineering.
Our broad range of plating can be applied to the following materials for both durability and decorative finishing:
Stainless Steel
Zinc Diecast
Aluminium Diecast
Aluminium
Mild Steel
Brass
